Comparison of Some Biochemical Content and Biological Activities of Gooseberry (Ribes uva-crispa L.) and Alpine Currant (Ribes alpinum L.)

چکیده

Ribes L. cinsine ait bitkiler ço?u zaman do?al olarak yeti?en, son zamanlarda da kültürü yap?lan çal? formundaki bitkilerdir. Bu cinse olan bekta?i üzümü ve frenk üzümünün sa?l?k aç?s?ndan çe?itli faydalara sahip oldu?u bilinmekte olup, bu faydalar?ndan dolay? y?llarda insano?lunun dikkatini cezbetmi? durumdad?r. çal??mada Be?ikdüzü/Trabzon’dan toplanm?? (Ribes uva-crispa L.) da? alpinum toplam askorbik asit, fenolik flavonoid içerikleri ile antioksidan, antibakteriyel mutajen aktivileri ara?t?r?lm??t?r. Elde edilen sonuçlar neticesinde, fenolik, asit de?erleri aras?nda istatistiksel bir fark gözlenmemi?tir (p>0.05). Antioksidan aktivite de?erlerinin ise üzümünde daha yüksek belirlenmi?tir. Antibakteriyel sonuçlar? incelendi?inde de benzer ?ekilde ekstrakt?n?n test bakterilerine kar?? sergiledi?i tespit edilmi?tir. Ayr?ca; ekstraktlar?n?n hiçbirinde Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 100’e herhangi aktiviteye rastlanmam??t?r.
